Our range includes both bar and liquid formats, plus specialty creams, lotions, and butters. For example:

Do you offer unscented options?
Yes. For those who prefer no fragrance, we offer the VELUVE Pure Tallow Bar Unscented.

Absolutely. Our lines are formulated to address various needs—from adding volume and strength to cleansing, detoxifying, and fortifying hair.  Our skin products not only nourish and  moisturize but also brightens, even tone, lighten and exfoliate the skin. Whether you need gentle cleansing or targeted benefits like deep nourishment, there’s a VELUVE product tailored for you.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, with plans to expand internationally soon.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Shipping times are:

  • ● Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • ● Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

What is your return policy?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for prompt assistance.

What natural ingredients does VELUVE use?
Our formulations feature a range of high-quality natural ingredients including essential oils, botanical extracts (such as hibiscus, turmeric, liquorice, pomegranate, papaya, and cucumber extracts), clays (rhassoul, kaolin, French green), proteins (silk, rice, soy), and nourishing fats (tallow, coconut, olive, castor, argan, jojoba, black seed, kokum butter and more).

How do your products benefit my hair and skin?

  • ● Hair care: Our shampoo and conditioner bars (e.g., Volumizing, Rebirth & Renew, Silk Opulence, Fortifying) are formulated to boost volume, add shine, and strengthen hair using active ingredients like hibiscus extract, panthenol, and proteins.
  • ● Skin care: Our body bars and washes (including Brightening, Deep Clean, and Regenerate lines) gently cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize with ingredients like activated charcoal, oats, papaya and pomegranate extracts and botanical clays.

Are your ingredients eco-friendly?
